Because we offer Assured 24-Hour Delivery and a Mandatory Open-Box Verification process, we maintain a strict No Return and No Refund Policy once an order has been successfully handed over.

Please read the details of our delivery and pickup processes below to understand how we ensure your satisfaction before you accept your order.

How Our 24Hrs Delivery Verification Process Works

To ensure complete transparency and customer satisfaction, we follow a strict verification process during delivery:

  1. The delivery executive will arrive with your order within the assured delivery timeline.
  2. Before the order is marked as delivered, the package will be opened in front of you.
  3. You will be given sufficient time to inspect and verify:
    Product condition
    Physical appearance
    Correct item and variant
    Basic functionality (where applicable)

  4. Once you confirm that the product is received in good condition, you will share the delivery OTP with the delivery executive.
  5. The order will then be marked as successfully delivered and accepted by the customer.

As the product is verified and accepted by the customer before completion of delivery, the order becomes non-returnable and non-refundable after OTP confirmation.

Self-Pickup Orders (In-Store Verification)

If you choose our self-pickup option, the same rigorous verification standard applies:

  • Executive-Guided Inspection: Before handing over the item, our store executive will open the packaging and verify the product together with you.
  • OTP Confirmation: After you have inspected and approved the product, the pickup order will be completed only after you provide the verification OTP to our executive.
  • Final Acceptance: Once the OTP is entered and the product leaves our premises, the order is considered final. No subsequent return or refund requests will be accepted.

What if the product is damaged at the time of delivery/pickup?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you notice any defect, damage, or discrepancy during the open-box inspection

  1. Do not share the OTP with the delivery partner or store executive.
  2. Hand the product back to our representative immediately.
  3. The order will be marked as "Rejected at Delivery/Pickup."
  4. In such cases, we will gladly arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Why We Follow This Policy

Our open-box verification system is designed to:

  • Ensure customers receive the correct product
  • Eliminate issues related to damaged or incorrect items
  • Provide complete transparency at the time of delivery
  • Enable faster deliveries without lengthy return procedures

Because every order is physically verified by the customer before acceptance, additional return or refund processes are not required.
